Protecting The Real Value Of Real Estate
DCLTA membership is open to title insurance underwriting companies,
title agents, abstract companies, companies that provide services
to the title industry, individuals who are employed by member companies
and those entities or individuals in fields of endeavor closely
related to the title insurance industry, including surveyors, automation
vendors and government agencies.

DCLTA members are able
to demonstrate to their clients that they adhere to the Association’s
Code of Ethics adopted from the American Land Title Association
(ALTA)

All Members are eligible
to hold office in the DCLTA

All members are encouraged
to pursue continuing, title industry-specific education through
ALTA
