ROD/OTR

Interfaces with Recorder of Deeds (ROD) and officials at the Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR) to make the Association membership aware of any changes which would affect their title/settlement procedures.  Confer with ROD and OTR staff to evaluate legislative matters and policies so that the Association may provide input prior to their formal adoption.  Immediately reports back to the Board on significant changes that need Board attention or action where changes may run afoul of efforts to protect title professionals and the consumers in our industry.
