DCLTA offers a range of benefits and activities to members in three categories, including:

• Insurer Members -- Corporations or other entities qualified to conduct a title insurance business in the District of Columbia
• Regular Members -- Approved agents and attorneys authorized to issue title insurance binders and/or policies
• Associate Members -- Entities or individuals in fields of endeavor closely related to the title insurance industry, including surveyors, automation vendors and government agencies.
