WASA
The WASA Task Force was formed to press for creation of a WASA
Certificate, similar to a Tax Certificate that would provide a
final sum needed to close a particular account. The Task Force
also has been working with WASA’s Customer Service Division
to improve WASA’s response to requests from title companies
for payoff figures on current and past accounts. In the spring
of 2006, WASA set up the following email account dedicated solely
for use by the title industry: titlecustserv@dcwasa.com
